Rat tucks her snow voodoo doll to her chest and steps back from the Cat, Birdy as it starts to snow again....

*Rat gives a smile, opening her eyes wide*



Birdy flaps her wings as the cat gives out a growl. They turn toward the window when Rat gives the doll a little shake.



“She DID it! I saw her shake it!” Birdy yells out, Cat turning back to the rat, eyes narrow. “I did not! This from the same woman who told me there was a bat in the members articles…she is DELUSIONAL!” “You gave that doll a shake- She DID!” Birdy tells Cat, pointing her wing to the rat. “Well… I might have moved it.” “Well stop it! I got students who have not been in class in a month.” “Oh trust me- they would sooo thank me for that.” “Listen Rat- you are on thin ice…” “And you wasted hours of my time looking for a bat…”



They both stop as Cat turns, and walks away without a word. Rat steps up beside the Birdy. “What is her deal? She did not tell us to shut up once.” “Well…she has been home alone with two kids for the last month.” “Yeah- there is that.” Rat says, letting her grip on the doll slack. Birdy snags it in her sharp beak and runs off, rat chasing her as the Cat tapped her claws on the floor, thinking of a nice silent place.
